[Guidance] Important Guidelines for Submission and Participation in AMES 2026 Dear Professors and Researchers,
Participation Mode and Presenter Eligibility
This year, the AMES 2026 Conference will be organized exclusively as an in-person event (onsite participation) in Hanoi. To ensure consistency in organization, the Committee would like to note the following:
Presenter Status: The Main Submitter must be a current member of the Econometric Society. The system will automatically record the main submitter as the presumed presenter at the conference.
Presentation Limit: To create diverse sharing opportunities for the academic community, each author will be permitted to present only one paper.
Technical Guidelines for Submission
To ensure your submission is accurately recorded by the system and the review process proceeds smoothly, please kindly pay attention to the following technical details:
Account Synchronization: When submitting your paper, please use the same email address associated with your Econometric Society membership account to facilitate verification.
Topic Classification: Authors are requested to select the correct field of study ("area") that best fits their research content from the drop-down menu on the portal.
Document Format: The system accepts papers submitted in PDF format.

The Organizing Committee would like to reiterate the key dates to help you arrange your schedule:
January 31, 2026: Submission Deadline (Submission Close).
